Connecting technology with people

We’re at the start of a new industrial revolution, powered by AI, and it’s already changing how organizations work.

Through this change, data is the ground we stand on. It’s also where most organizations struggle: eight in ten companies cite data limitations as a roadblock to scaling agentic AI.¹ When data is clean and well-governed, everything built on it is steadier.

Good data alone isn’t enough. AI use keeps growing, yet only 37% of organizations report any positive impact on their bottom line,² and in my experience the difference comes down to adoption: choosing technology that fits, and building around the people who use it.

That’s the work I care about most: a strong foundation, and the adoption that helps it last.

Listen first.

Everything begins with the end user. Before I build, I spend time with the people who will rely on it every day, understanding their work, their priorities and their challenges, so what we create feels like it was made for them.

Build, learn, refine.

I work in short, focused cycles. Within weeks, teams have a working version on their real data, something they can click and question. Their feedback shapes each next step, so the product grows alongside their needs.

Make it explain itself.

Every result comes with its reasoning and can be traced back to the data behind it. Over time, that clarity builds trust, speeds up decisions, and turns the system into a natural part of how teams work and grow.
